The primary purpose of the campus student government associations is to represent student concerns, facilitate communication, and assist the faculty and administration in promoting the welfare of the campus. To strive for honor in the service and protection of the student body of TU, through representing their interests by developing personal relationships. The goals of SGA constitutes;

  • SGA will actively engage in conversations within the Academic Senate and its committees to affect policies and procedures that impact the student experience.
  • SGA will work collaboratively with University administration to advocate for student needs.
  • SGA will establish relationships and work with community partners in order to more effectively advocate on behalf of students and to promote student civic engagement and advocate for government policies that affect the student pursuit of an education.

Transcript Requests

Requests for transcripts are made at the office of the Director of Academic Affairs. TU provides a Transcript Request Form. All transcript requests should be submitted in writing and to be signed by the former or current student. Telephone requests for transcripts will not be processed.

Housing

TU does not offer or operate student housing. The Administration maintains a list of housing options as well as a list of TU students who wish to share housing. Contact the Administration for more information.

Counseling Services

Counseling services are available to all TU students. We’re committed to assisting students in integrating the many aspects of their lives while supporting personal growth and development.

Career Services Department (CSD)

TU offers a variety of resources and assists currently enrolled students in developing career plans and reaching their employment and professional goals. While the primary focus of the CS Office is to assist students upon graduation, students may seek employment information, advice, support and assistance prior to graduation to secure employment.

Alumni Community

Upon graduation, alumni are added to TU’s online alumni community. As a registered member of the online alumni community graduates can search a national directory of TU’s alumni, create a profile, post personal, professional updates and  receive periodic e-newsletters.
